SFBS Split Pressurized Solar Water Heater

1.1 Overview

• SFBS system is mainly used for central supply of domestic hot water and hot water supply for commercial buildings.

• Depending on different capacities of the water tank,SFBS mainly includes 9 common used models, 150L, 200L, 250L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 800L and 1000L for different water requests.

1.2 Structure

SFBS is mainly composed of hot water storage tanks, solar collectors, work stations (controllers and circulation pumps), expansion tanks, filling valves, air vent valves, solar collector ferrule fitting connection and pre-insulated solar hose.

1.3 Working principle

SFBS is a passive circulating split solar heating system. The heat pipe collector absorbs heat energy during daytime ,and circulating pumps work under temperature difference control. At the same time, working fluid is heated fast when going through manifold,then transfers heat energy to the water tank or heat exchanger.

• Expansion vessel, PT valve, heat exchanger (copper coil),effectively protect the system safely and stably, and extend the service life.

3.1 Installation

• Solar collectors can be installed on the ground, on the flat roofs or inclined roofs where have efficient sunshine.The bracket needs to be fixedly connected with these bases.

• Water tank is placed on the ground, preferably indoors.

• Solar workstation is better to be mounted on a wall close to water tank.
• Circulating pipe is connected by metal pipe like copper pipe or stainless steel bellows, and please pay attentin,  the PPR pipe is avoided.

3.2 Cases

• 1st sunflower has passed ISO9000, CE, Solarkeymark, SRCC, BV, SGS, Watermark and other quality management systems and product testing institutions certification.
• Solar collector: 5 years
• Water tank: 3 years

• The solar water heater is packed in carton, and the carton is equipped with anti-pressure foam. Bulk cargo transportation is packed in plywood boxes.
• The package design can be stacked and stored, but the base layer should be flat and evenly stressed.The maximum stacking level of the solar vacuum heat collecting tube is 17 layers.
