SFFP Integrated Pressurized Flat Plate Solar Water Heaters

1.1 Overview

• SFFP is a household integrated pressure solar water heater that uses solar panel collectors to absorb light energy and actively perform natural circulation.
  

• SFFP mainly consists of 3 commonly used models, 150L, 200L and 300L, to meet the needs of families in different regions. SFFP has a wide range of applications in hot regions.

Flat plate solar collector absorbs light energy through an endothermic coating, and convert light energy into heat, and store heat in the insulated tank, it relies on the principle of thermosiphon for natural circulation heating water tank.Closed pressurized water tank provide high pressure hot water.

2.1 Characteristics

• The natural circulation is actively carried out by the principle of thermosyphon, and the pressure of the hot water is large, and the pressure is equal to the running water pressure.

• The water tank is designed with a pressure-bearing structure, with a test pressure of 0.9Mpa and a working pressure of 0.6Mpa.The inner tank material is food grade stainless steel SUS304, which is fully automatic argon arc welding and double-sided argon gas protection. The service life of the inner tank is more than 15 years.

• The solar water tank is insulated with polyurethane with independent bubbles, the foaming density is 36KG/m3, and the temperature drop of hot water within 12H is less than 2 °C.The temperature was kept at 25 ° C for 24 hours, and it was not deformed for a long time.

3.1 Installation

• SFFP can be installed on the ground, on a flat roof or on a sloping roof. The bracket and the mounting base are fixedly connected.
• Installation and use steps: Select the installation location, bracket assembly, water tank in place, install solar heat pipe, connect hot and cold water pipes, add water into tank then inspection, fix the system, normal use, regular inspection and maintenance.
