Filling Pump is used to inject the working fluid in the circulating pipe of the split pressurized solar water heater.It can perform pressure tests on various pipes, pressure vessels, valves, etc.

Secure pump to square tank.
Connect outlet hose to pump station or filling valve.
Fill square water tank with water (or antifreeze),pry up handlebar up and down,pump water into pipe.
During the filling and pressurization process, to discharge the gas inside the pipe.It can be vented through the exhaust valve and the start-up circulation pump.
When the pressure indicates that the number has risen to the required pressure, the pressurization is stopped.It is generally recommended that the pressure value of the solar cycle system be set to 2.5-3 bar.
After the pressure is stopped, if the indication does not change, the pipe is sealed well.If the indication decreases, it indicates that there is a leak point in the pipeline, and it should be checked in time.
