1.1 Overview

The SFVA all-glass vacuum tube is composed of two layers of borosilicate glass inside and outside.The outer surface of the inner tube is coated with a selective absorption coating with high absorption rate and low emissivity, and the space between the two tubes is evacuated to form a vacuum.

SFVA all-glass vacuum tube is the core component of tubular solar water heater.

 SFVA consists of  Inner glass tube, outer glass tube,  selective absorbing coating,  spring clamp and getter. 

1.3 Working Principle

 The solar vacuum collector absorbs solar energy by the selective absorption coating (AL/N/AL/SS/CU coating) on the outer surface of the inner tube with high absorption rate and low emissivity and the space between the two tubes is evacuated to form a vacuum, which can effectively prevent the loss of heat.

The circular structure automatically tracks the sunlight, which maintains high efficiency throughout the day and provides stable heat supply.
The vacuum between the two glass tubes reaches 5*10-4Pa with good insulation performance and small heat loss, which maintains a high efficiency for a long time.
AL/N/AL/SS/CU selective absorbing film coating with absorption rate >93%, reflectivity<8%, high thermal efficiency.
Excellent magnetic sputter coating process control, selective absorbing film adhesion, high temperature and low temperature resistance, not easy to fall off, long life.

3. Precautions

Prevent falling and impact during transportation and installation.
If it breaks, it should be carefully removed to avoid puncture.
Prevent burns after drying.
It is strictly forbidden to add cold water immediately after drying.
If it breaks or leaks, it should be replaced in time. The method of identification is as follows.

5. Packaging and Transportation

The solar vacuum tube with heat pipe is packed in carton, and the carton is equipped with anti-pressure foam. We will add plywood cases extraly for package of goods under LCL shipment.

The package design can be stacked and stored, but the base layer should be flat and evenly stressed. The maximum stacking level of the solar vacuum tube is 17 levels.
