1.1 Overview

• SFA is a compact non-pressuried solar water heater for family use, which relies on the principle of thermosiphon to actively carry out natural circulation.
• SFA system mainly has  80L, 100L, 120L, 150L, 180L, 200L, 250L and 300L, to meet the needs of families in different regions.
• Except in cold regions, it is widely used in Mexico, Mauritius, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Mozambique, Morocco, etc.

2.1 Features

• Actively carry out natural circulation by principle of thermosyphon, 100% solar energy, and no running cost.

• Hot water drains out from tank by gravity. Water pressure is determined by the difference between the installed height of the solar tank and the height of the hot water outlet at user side.

• The inner tank is made of food grade stainless steel SUSU304. It is fully automatic argon arc welding and double-sided argon gas protection to effectively prevent the surface from being oxidized. Strict welding process control is better to protect the crystal structure of SUS304 from damage. The inner tank can be used for more than 15 years.

• The insulation layer of solar tank is polyurethane having independent bubbles and foaming density 36KG/m⊃3;, which resuts in a hot water temperature drop less than 2 °C in 12 hours. Under the ambient temperature of 25 ° C, water temperature can maintain at a stable level for 24 hours, and it will not deform for a long time.

• Double-layer vacuum tube, AL/N/AL/SS/CU coating, absorption rate >92%, reflectivity<8%, 15 years service life.

3.1 Installation

• The SFA can be mounted on a flat roof or a sloping roof. The installation height of the water tank need to be higher than that of user side, and the greater the height difference, the greater the pressure of the water. The frame are fixed connected with base (roof or ground).

• Installation and use steps: Select the installation location, frame assembly, water tank standby, install glass solar vacuum tube, connect hot and cold water pipe, water supply, inspection, fix the screws, normal use, regular inspection and maintenance.

3.4 Cases

• 1st sunflower has passed certifications from different quality management systems and  product testing institutions. such as ISO9000, CE, Solarkeymark, SRCC, BV, SGS, Watermark etc.
• Vacuum tubes and frame : 5 years
• Water tank : 3 years

• The solar vacuum tube with heat pipe is packed in carton, and the carton is equipped with anti-pressure foam. We will add plywood cases extraly for package of goods under LCL shipment.
• The package design can be stacked and stored, but the base layer should be flat and evenly stressed. The maximum stacking level of the solar vacuum tube is 17 levels.
