Series-parallel solar water heater projects are common among small-scale domestic solar water heater and combination module water heater projects. Because the challenges and technical requirements of the past few years have not been sufficiently addressed in engineering design, many of these projects are not very scientific or standardized, resulting in many shortcomings that affect the engineering effectiveness of the project. Recently, with the increasing awareness of solar water heaters, hot water projects have become more popular. From an economic perspective, a small series of parallel tubes is less competitive than a union, strictly speaking, than a conventional union tube. The low cost, simple control operation, and application of the series-parallel format rely on a natural cycle. It is widely popular with most distributors. Parallel technology, which caters to a specific market segment, is relatively simple to implement. Nevertheless, if you want to design and install a series-parallel water heater, you should pay sufficient attention to some of the practical issues. Based on my recent installation experience, the table below summarizes the advantages of series-parallel water heater projects. Non-confined household water heaters, standalone series and parallel groups, not only have a water capacity of 7-8 tons or more, but each group also has a standalone water capacity, reducing installation costs and reducing surface heat volume. Considering the water volume, if necessary, the overall water usage can be divided into multiple groups, with each group being as large as possible. This design, which forms one or more groups within an integrated system, offers the following advantages: the level of each group is easy to adjust; the failure of a single water heater does not affect other groups; the separate groups can be used for auxiliary heating and other energy sources, reducing heating power and extending the water supply time simultaneously or alternately. It is best to ensure an overall level difference of 20mm. If the site is filled with water and a transparent plastic tube is used to measure the level, the practical effect is very good. A hot water booster pump should be installed to allow for natural water flow. Consider the system's water capacity. The number of water points determines the water supply pipe diameter. Too thick a flow rate can lead to ineffective bathing sprays, insufficient flow, and wasteful materials. Too long a water supply pipe can also increase the circulatory system's piping and the Sheung Shui booster, water pressure, pump, and pipe loop. A small increase in the connection points can lead to a design that can be immediately designed for hot operation.
Six. Selection of primary and secondary piping materials. PPR is the preferred choice for the main water channel. It has been proven in practice that it is more economical, frost-resistant, and easy to construct. Therefore, with limited investment in fixed-capacity systems, fixed-temperature systems are ideal for Sheung Shui, and the control cabinet is generally not expensive.
Electric auxiliary heating is generally applied with a three-phase power supply, and water heaters and star connections are more common. Each group of series operates only with a representative tank arrangement of water level probes. The water level of the probes must be below the lowest point of the tank overflow pipe in this group. Furthermore, the intelligent control system must also have thermal overload protection, overcurrent protection, and leak protection. It is especially important to note that in northern mountainous regions, where water supply is not available and bombardment is a major concern, particularly in large-scale operations.
Eighth, attention should be paid to safety. Even if the system achieves the best pipe refrigeration cycle performance in northern regions, it is not always the case. The system lightning protection and grounding should be configured with a band defrosting system, lightning rods should be set up to comply with department requirements. The entire hot water system should have good grounding of this electrical component.
