1. What are the warranty years and what about after-sales service?

The warranty for the solar air conditioner is 6-7 years.

We give away 1% of the equipment, meaning we give 1 free unit for every 100 units purchased. Compared to normal air conditioners, the difference lies only in the solar panel, which is of good quality. In case any problem arises, it can be repaired as usual in our customers' own countries. But if there is any damage to the main spare parts such as compressors or solar panels, you should buy them of the same type from us and replace the damaged ones.

2. How about solar power?

Solar energy is the energy from natural light, heat, and radiant energy in the environment absorbed by the solar panel. Solar energy and electricity work together, and their ratio is 50%. Only when electricity and solar energy work together can our products function normally; they cannot work with 100% solar energy or 100% electricity alone.

3. Can our solar A/C work in bad weather?

Our customers should feel confident that our A/C can work normally, no matter what kind of weather.

Our solar panel is a solar collector that can collect and store thermal energy, light energy, and radiant energy from the environment. Solar energy can be collected regardless of the time of day or night, rain or shine. When there is no sun, the solar panel could also collect light and thermal energy, which can never be depleted as there is a continuous supply, even when not connected on rainy days or on very cold days with very low temperatures. Furthermore, the solar energy consumption is small compared to the energy absorbed; the solar energy would never be exhausted, and the product can always function normally no matter the weather.

4. What is the temperature limit for our solar A/C to be used normally?

As long as the temperature is not higher than 54℃ and not lower than -25℃, our solar A/C can function normally, regardless of high or low humidity; performance will not be affected by the variance.

5. What is the cooling principle of the solar core?

The solar energy provides the absorption type of refrigerator with heat transporting water (refrigerant), which is the needs of generators; other procedures could be done by the generator like normal air conditioners. The heating principle is the same as the cooling principle.

6. How is electricity saved?

Solar-powered air conditioners combine solar energy and electricity, thus saving electricity.

Currently, there is no calculation method for solar air conditioners; we have EER and star ratings, but this does not reflect our true efficiency. Our product is a modified version of normal air conditioners, and our products can save 50% to 70% electricity because there is a solar panel that can contribute to electricity savings.

The EER and star ratings are calculated as follows:

Cooling Efficiency / Normal AC Electricity Consumption. In fact, our solar AC electricity consumption is only about half of that.

Although our normal air conditioner rating isn't high, the higher the rating, the higher the prices will be; products rated 3 or 4 are OK. Currently, there are few air conditioners with 2 stars and none with 1 star in China.

8. What is our core technology?

The core technology is mostly found in the solar panel and compressor.

Our solar panel is made of silicon. There are many small components in the solar panel. They are mainly the heat collection parts, parts that assist in heat or cold conversion; Our compressors are different from normal air conditioners, they are improved by very specific technology, which is complex and difficult for non-specialized people to understand.
