On March 31, 2012, SunMaxx solar (Binghamton, New York, United States), a vertically integrated manufacturer of solar thermal systems and components, reports, it has a solar system at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York installed. The new solar system reduces the building operational and energy costs.
SunMaxx Solare worked with intelligent green solutions (IGS) to plan to design and install a solar system on the College physical education building.
Includes solar flat plate collectors, hot-water
The solar system includes flat plate solar collectors and 3 × 500 gallon solar water heater 66 TitanPowerPlus 2.4. The plant was completed in December 2011.
